New division.
Proven constructors.
The newest division of Concordia Group — bringing 25 years of self-perform infrastructure execution to commercial solar.
New market.
Same model.
Concordia Solar brings the Concordia Group self-perform model to commercial solar: the same in-house engineering bench, licensed field crews, and one-contract accountability that have delivered over 10,000 infrastructure sites across 25 years.
Commercial solar is, at its core, structural and electrical construction — load analysis on existing roofs, foundations for carports and ground mounts, code-compliant electrical work, and utility coordination. That is exactly the work Concordia's wireless, fiber, and EV teams have self-performed for decades. Solar is a new market for the group, not a new kind of work.
We are licensed in over 250 jurisdictions as a General Contractor and Electrical Contractor, and hold dozens of Professional Engineering Licenses that enable us to perform A&E services in-house. For solar clients, this means a single accountable partner from feasibility through permission to operate.
We own
every phase.
One team owns every phase. In-house engineers stamp the drawings. Self-perform crews build the array. The same company that designs your system is the one commissioning it.
That means no gap between what's specified and what's built. When scope changes — and it always does — one call resolves it. No subcontractors pointing fingers; no delays from disconnected handoffs.
